So
having been in Covington for seven months I have been doing a lot of
reflecting. The work here has progressed quite a bit. I have also
started studying the Atonement a bit more. It has been interesting to
see that all the changes that I have gone through are because of the
Atonement of Jesus Christ. I believe that wholeheartedly. I don't
understand how people could believe that we aren't Christians. We are
trying to do everything that Christ told us to do and with the proper
authority. It breaks my heart to see people close their hearts to us
just because they don't understand what we believe. Let us tell you what
we believe, open your hearts and then you will see that we are all
children of the same God. A God that loves each of us more then we can
ever know. A God that sent His Son to die for us so that ALL of us have
the opportunity to live with Him again. I do know that He loves us
enough that He would provide what ever means necessary to have us all
return to live with Him. I also know that He like any good parent will
let consequences happen with each choice we make so that we understand
the power that we have to determine if we have the determination to do
what He asks so that way we can return to His presences.
